The purpose of the Small Claims Info bulletin board is to share general advice regarding small claims procedures. The Small Claims advisor administrates the bulletin board and will also offer advice. The following guidelines must be followed or posts will be immediately removed:
1. Posted information MUST NOT contain ANY personal information such as name, address, phone or email of the plaintiff, defendant or any related party.
2. Posts must be appropriate and relate to small claims questions.
